821 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 821 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 821 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document as well as any related policies displayed on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 821 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 821 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. You are responsible for reviewing these terms from time to time.
The 821 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local laws from using online entertainment services. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of 821 services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information or impersonating another person is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being suspended or closed immediately.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — including using different names, phone numbers, or bank details — are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all such accounts along with any balances held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the 821 support team. Use a strong password and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the 821 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or modify the platform;
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or other users' accounts;
- Distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of third parties;
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform for personal gain;
- Colluding with any party to manipulate the platform's betting system or promotions.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the 821 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using the payment methods listed on the platform, including digital wallets and local bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is subject to the terms displayed at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the 821 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 821 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits or are deemed unusual.
Bonus funds and bonus-related winnings are subject to the rollover requirements stated at the time the promotion is awarded. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before the rollover conditions are met may result in the forfeiture of that bonus. 821 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to understand the promotion terms before accepting an offer.
Transaction processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business hours. 821 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Account Suspension and Closure
821 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, promotion abuse, or any conduct deemed to pose a risk to the security of the platform or other users.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any balance associated with suspected activity may be withheld pending completion of an investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the valid balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 821 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any valid remaining balance will be returned once all conditions have been met.
Platform Liability Limits
821 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or any actions by third parties. All bets and game outcomes are final once recorded in the system.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the 821 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the property of the platform operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, republish, or distribute any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.
The 821 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for user convenience. 821 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
821 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to check the latest terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 821 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body.
